Esto no es solo un lugar para que los libros acumulen polvo; es un vibrante centro de la cultura afrocolombiana, un lugar donde la narrativa es tanto sobre las personas como sobre la literatura.

La literatura afrocolombiana en la biblioteca es un testimonio de la rica tradición oral de la comunidad.
